[FOCUS ENTREPRENEUR] Les Popotes, delivery of baskets, Bio & vegetable recipes
Maxime and Julien are two friends who have just completed their studies at IESEG. Both have been passionate about both the food and the environment for long time. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial impulse from the beginning of their studies, they have been involved for several months in a project that combines their concerns for social responsibility and their culinary passion: Les Popotes.
Their crowdfunding campaign recently concluded with a successful 191% of their target. They brought together 128 participants for a total of 792 pre-ordered meals!
You also want to work for a healthier world? Protecting the environment is important to you but you do not know how to act? The recent food scandals make you want to eat better without having to quit your habits? You don’t have the time to stock up quality food? No more time to prepare balanced menus (let alone seasonal!) during the week?
On this basis, our alumni have decided to simplify the act of eating better while decreasing ecological impact at its lowest.
Gourmand and simple, as far as responsible and healthy, this basket delivers in the Ile de France recipes full records and the necessary ingredients to make 4 meals for the week selected from the seasonal menu. The kitchen is user-friendly, 100% organic and honours vegetarian dishes prepared by their chef with the nutritional qualities approved by the dietician of the team.
