In January, IÉSEG Network’s team has been delighted to welcome a new member: Elizabeth Toucas, Careers Manager & Executive Coach. She succeeds Caroline Jumelle who carries on her mission as Careers Consultant & Coach, 2 days a week.
Speaking four languages and educated in actuarial sciences, Elizabeth held a career in leadership positions within large International Insurance Groups. The management of multicultural and multidisciplinary teams led her to become International Executive Coach, certified by HEC Paris.
What drives her in life? Foster creative change and an achievement of potential, through new learning processes in order to reach better performances and well-being, both sustainable.

Gastronomy, fashion, leisure... many companies already believed in the adventure of entrepreneurship. You have also launched your company? Take part in the 2018 IÉSEG Entrepreneur Contest. It is very simple, you just have to send us your application file before Friday, February 9, 11 pm to incubateur@ieseg.fr. If you are selected, you will have the opportunity to pitch in front of a board consist of professionals, on Tuesday, March 13, in IÉSEG Lille.
For the first time, 2 grants will be offered this year:
- A IÉSEG entrepreneur grant of 8000€, funded by “La Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France”, incubator sponsor.
- A juror’s favorite grant of 3000€, funded by IÉSEG Network. The reward ceremony will be held on March 13 at 7 pm, after a conference on “the levers of success for its business creation”. Come and discover the 2018 winners!

After he had earned his advanced technician’s diploma (BTS) in Insurance and worked at AEP – "Assurance Epargne Pension" - for 8 years, Richard needed a change of scenery and a new job. In 2014, he then joined Haas Gestion, subsidiary of Nortia Group. As he had been thinking about challenging himself and going back to school for a few years now, he focused his research towards IÉSEG’s executive programs, on the advice of his professional colleagues, and chose the Executive "Mastère Spécialisé® Direction Financière". Indeed, nearly all Nortia Group’s management is graduated from IÉSEG!

IÉSEG is delighted to announce that it has gained 5-year renewal of its accreditation from AACSB International — the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. First gained in AACSB accreditation in 2013, IÉSEG continue to be part of the elite group of international business schools (less than 1% in the world) that hold the “triple crown” of international accreditations (AMBA, AACSB, EQUIS). Among several things, this accreditation strengthens the value of the IÉSEG Diploma in the eyes of French and worldwide companies. We especially thank the alumni who came sometimes from far away to meet the AACSB auditors last November and who proudly represented our School.

Last December, we presented our inter-alumni mentoring concept. Through this approach you shall be asked to give support and share your expertise and knowledge with alumni who need it. More than just bonding with alumni, it will give you the opportunity to help others who are pondering over their career path.
So, we have developed a registration form for those who would like to become mentors. This form will enable you to provide your services as mentor, by clearly defining your expertise and the fields in which you will be able to bring help to other alumni.

Between his need to rent a car from time to time and his longing to drive an out of the ordinary car, Thomas Ceccaldi (IÉSEG 2007) decided to create Roadstr, a marketplace dedicated to vintage cars and sport cars rental. From concept to reality there is only one step …that Thomas decided to take. The service was launched in 2015 and has more than 10000 subscribers and 750 cars available almost everywhere in France.
