Workshop 2: Defining your career plan
This remote learning workshop is the second of the five workshops in the CAP 361°- Manage your career program ! , a description of which is attached below.
This workshop, led by Elizabeth TOUCAS, Executive Strengths Coach and Head of the Career Services at IÉSEG Network, is aimed at ALL graduates looking for a job, in professional transition or even in a position and who need support in defining their career plan.
At a time when most of us want to combine professional and personal fulfilment, the equation is not easy, so we're going to have to get started!
Your career plan is the cornerstone of your success and professional fulfilment. A career plan is so personal that you can't delegate it... It requires a journey within yourself to identify the mission or missions that will resonate with who you are and thus enable you to fulfill your potential, in harmony with your immediate family circle.

The ZOOM link for the webinar will be sent to you THE MORNING OF or THE EVENING BEFORE the event at the e-mail address you used to register.
📅 Date: Thursday, March 20, 2025
⏰ Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Paris time.
🚩 Registration closes: Two days before the event at 6pm.
Please note: Workshops cannot be held if there are fewer than four participants, so please only register if you are sure you can attend.

As a reminder, the CAP 361° - Manage your career program ! consists of a cycle of 5 workshops including theoretical input and experiential phases spread over 2 months:
§Workshop 1 - March 13: Discovering yourself and overcoming your fears
§Workshop 2 - March 20: Defining your professional project
§Workshop 3 – March 27: Mastering the tools of the CV & cover letter
§Workshop 4 – April 1: Knowing how to present yourself to succeed in interviews
§ Workshop 5 – April 8: Optimizing your networking approach
Registration is recommended for each of the 5 workshops, but you can also attend only some of them if you wish.
The workshops will be led by Elizabeth TOUCAS, our Career Manager, Executive Coach and expert in group dynamics.
The advantages of this program:
§Collective intelligence is stimulated thanks to the methodological approach of the Coach and the practical exercises proposed
§Sharing of each person's good practices
§Action plans to be implemented at the end of each session to be in an active approach
§The designation of pairs or groups of three by the participants themselves
§Pair/group of three work in between sessions to instill a spirit of solidarity among the participants and regain self-confidence
