WORKSHOPWorkshop 5: Optimize your networking approach This remote learning workshop is the fifth and final of the five workshops in the CAP 361° -  Manage your career program !This workshop, led by Elizabeth TOUCAS, Executive Strengths Coach and Head of the Career Services at IÉSEG Network, is aimed at ALL graduates looking for a job, in a career transition or even in a position and who need to discover the rules to follow in a job search networking approach.Networking is THE solution for targeting what is known as the hidden job market. In the past, this approach was reserved for senior management positions, but it is increasingly being used for all profiles, even junior ones. More and more jobs are being filled by word of mouth, recommendation and parallel channels, i.e. by networking.
