The year 2024 is coming to an end. An opportunity to look back at the past 12 months, both in your professional and personal life.
The idea of this workshop is to take a gentle, kind look at the year's achievements. We'll use writing to put down on paper the emotions, thoughts and actions associated with 2024, so that you can look forward to 2025 with calm and joy.
Following the metaphor of the train of your life, we offer you a free 1h30 online workshop to freeze time and analyse the days that shaped this year: you, those around you, the steps you went through.
Using fun exercises suitable for everyone, plus a longer writing time in the second half of the workshop, come and share a moment of introspection with us. Together on screen, but each in our own bubble.
This workshop will be led by Sarah Lagarde-Gillot and Noémie Varlez (both Grande École 2017), on Wednesday, December 4 at 8 pm.
Noémie, who specialises in local tourism, founded Annecy à la carte, where she designs travel books to help visitors discover Annecy.
Sarah, an entrepreneur and author, founded Écris-moi un souvenir, where she creates fictional short stories based on memories of life moments. She also helps entrepreneurs launch their businesses via LiveMentor and her consultancy agency Agence Premier Filtre.
They bring together their skills in inner journeys, introspection and writing to guide you in writing your 2024 review!
