The issue of neurodivergence is becoming increasingly important. Studies show that a high level of neurodiversity within a team tends to accelerate innovation and creativity, can strengthen team cohesion and even increase productivity, but only if it is understood. The aim of this conference is to introduce you to the world of neurodivergence: what is it? what are the main traits? how to adapt? Conference hosted by Jérémie BERTRAND Jérémie Bertrand is Professor and Deputy Academic Director of the Grande École Program. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Lille, specializing in Finance, and his research interests the impact of the psychology of individuals on their financial decisions. He is also in charge of the training about neurodiversity within the institution.This conference will be held in english.
