CAP 361° DAY - NAVIGATE YOUR CAREER!Special Recent Graduates If you are a recent graduate (class of 2019 to 2024), whether you are looking for your first job, in career transition, or planning your next professional step, boost your job search by attending the Cap 361° - Navigate Your Career! program. This will be held in a special intensive one-day in-person format in Paris. Objective: The idea is to support you in your job search with the five key themes of the Cap 361° - Navigate Your Career! program:• Discover yourself and overcome your fears• Define your professional project• Master CV & cover letter tools• Know how to present yourself to succeed in interviews• Optimize your networking approach Methodology:This in-person workshop will be facilitated by Elizabeth TOUCAS, Executive Strengths Coach and Career Development Manager at IÉSEG Network, who will guide you on your journey with a coaching approach.Based on a mix of coaching, individual reflection, and group dynamics, this workshop benefits from the diversity of participants' perspectives and profiles to ensure rich learning outcomes and practical applications at the end of the day, as well as to foster insights... Practical Information:The workshop will take place in person on  Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Paris time at IÉSEG, in campus de la défense in Paris. For the smooth conduct of this day, registration is mandatory and everyone commits to participating for the full day. WARNING: This workshop is limited to 10 participants.
