What if the key to better living and performance lay in a skill we practice 20,000 times a day without even realizing it?

In our frantic quest for performance, stress, fatigue and sometimes even exhaustion end up invading our days. Yet there's a precious resource, always at hand, that can transform your daily routine: breathing.

Workshop objectives :

This workshop organized by the IÉSEG Network Career Services will be led by Alexandre Bertholus, a 2013 IÉSEG graduate. Alexandre is a freediving instructor and breathing coach, and has set up his own company called Second Souffle, which helps individuals and companies unleash their full potential through breathing

Alexandre invites you to discover breathing from a new angle: a powerful tool for combining well-being and performance at work. Inspired by the world of freediving and backed by 10 years' experience in the corporate world, he will plunge you into the fascinating world of this sport, sharing what he has learned to help you restore breath to your daily routine, cultivate your resilience and tackle challenges with serenity.

This workshop invites you to rethink the relationship between well-being and performance, revealing how they complement each other in a sustainable dynamic. You'll learn to see stress not as an enemy, but as an ally to be tamed. You'll discover the superpowers of breathing, a key tool for regulating your emotional and physical states in demanding situations. Through practical exercises, you'll get to know your breath better and use it as a lever to regain calm and balance, even in moments of stress.

At the end of this workshop, you will leave with:

  • Practical tools you can easily integrate into your daily routine to help you manage stress and boost your energy in demanding situations.
  • A new understanding of your breath as an ally in regaining balance and serenity, both in your professional and personal life.
