Would you like to plan your “job-out”?Will you be questioning your professional future?Will you send a decal between your personal aspirations and the reality of your professional daily life?Will you be looking for meaning in your work?Will you send by changing direction more you do not know where or how to do it?The IÉSEG Network Career Development Services will offer you an exceptional half-day workshop to trace out your new career path…Methodology:This workshop, which is inspired by the Quebec ADVP methodology, is organized in 3 stages:exploration,crystallization,specification.It will be led by Elizabeth TOUCAS, our Career Manager and Executive Coach at the IÉSEG Network.Thanks to a fun and quirky, but nonetheless performing approach, Elizabeth will accompany you in such a way that you will revisit your professional interests, your values and what is really important for you in your professional life ...Alternating between individual introspection and group dynamics (pair and/or sub-groups), with a workshop also benefiting from the plurality of views and profiles of the participants to ensure a range of knowledge and practical applications at the end of the workshop.Objective of the workshop:The aim is to identify the key elements that make up your fulfilling career plan in an original but effective way (of course!)Practical information :This workshop will take place in person on the Lille Campus on  November 14, 2024, from 1:45 pm to 6 pm, and requires your presence for the entire duration of the time slot.It is limited to 9 participants maximum and minimum. Consequently, out of respect for those who will take half a day to attend this workshop and to facilitate the organization. This workshop requires your presence from start to finish.
