IESEG School of Management is pleased to invite you on Friday, June 28, 2024 for the eighth edition of its Summer University.

This day, dedicated to professionals, aims to take a step back and reflect on the theme: Taking time to stay ahead!

We offer you to dive into the heart of temporality and explore its multiple facets during this day dedicated to time and its implications for the socio-economic world. Through a day rich in exchanges, we invite you to rethink your approach to time and discover new perspectives for the future of your organization and teams.

Come to get inspired and meet our professors and professional experts on this current theme to gain insight and understand all facets of what time implies for our economy, our organizations, and the people around them.

During this day at our IESEG campus in Paris-La Défense, you will have the opportunity to attend, free of choice, two conferences and round tables as well as enjoy networking moments and practical workshops.

PROGRAM 

9:00 am: welcome 

9:30 am: Opening plenary “Losing time to gain time – when time is short, stress is high!” by Stéphane YAÏCH, positive speaker and well-being and work efficiency expert, he supports employees and managers today, aiming to give them the keys to develop their soft skills, and to serenely live through the changes in the work world.

10:45 am: cycle of round tables

1. Is the era of working time over, long live sustained engagement?

Hosted by Bernard Coulaty, professor of leadership and human resources at IESEG and Academic Director of the Executive Master Specializing in Transformation Management and Human Development.


2. Culture and relationship to time: impact for individuals and companies.

Hosted by Grant DOUGLAS, professor of practice, coordinator of the intercultural program at IESEG and co-director of ICIE, IESEG's center for intercultural engagement.


3. Finance in the face of climate challenges and the collapse of biodiversity.

Hosted by Hugues CHENET, Associate Professor in Climate Change and Sustainability at IESEG.


4. Evolution of diversity over time: from disability, to gender balance, to neurodiversity.

Hosted by Jérémie BERTRAND, professor and Deputy Academic Director of the Grande Ecole Program at IESEG.


5. From paper to AI - evolution of data marketing in business.  

Hosted by Thomas LECLERCQ, professor in digital marketing and customer experience.

4:30 pm: closing plenary - losing time or losing the sense of time. What if we changed our perspective? Be surprised by Régis Rossi, speaker-illusionist.

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: closing afterwork
