Elise Carré - A calling born of a passion

After graduating, Elise (Grande École 2018) began work in the road haulage business. It was a job she found rewarding and full of challenges that she took up without hesitation. After a few years working as a flow manager, she felt ready for a change and turned to the career services offered by IÉSEG Network to help her work out what should be the next step in her career. This was how she pinpointed the importance of her lifelong passion: sport. Inspired by finding a new direction, Elise landed a job at Under Armour, an American brand that makes sports equipment.

Sélène Provence - Ethical and responsible fashion

It began with an idea and a desire to change the world for the better. In November 2020, Sarah Lagarde-Gillot and Cécile Kauffman (both Grande École 2017) decided to launch Sélène Provence, an ethical and responsible online fashion boutique selling designs by 22 French entrepreneurs. It is a business venture with a human and social aspect whose goal is to encourage everyone to consume more ethically, while still being able to find things they like.

2021 Université d'Été - A new Momentum!

The fifth edition of the Université d'Été is coming. For this annual meeting, IÉSEG invites you on Friday, June 11, 2021 to an online event. For this new edition, several events will be planned, giving you the opportunity to exchange around the theme: a new Momentum! Completely free, you will be invited to choose between a wide range of animations: conferences, round-tables, digital networking time. The 2021 Université d'Été will not be outdone regarding the past editions.

That’s why we have decided to launch Virtual After'Worlds, meetings between IÉSEG alumni from the same country, with a fun activity, that allows you to grow your network without leaving your home. The first meeting in this brand new format will take place on April 15 in Germany. When we talk about networking, the image that often springs to mind is that of a physical meeting between different people in a workplace, in a public space over a coffee, during a conference or at an organised business breakfast or lunch ... For some, this feels totally natural, while for others, it means getting out of their comfort zone and is a source of anxiety. The opportunities for face-to-face networking are now few and far between. At a time when this unprecedented situation seems likely to continue and with the majority of people working from home, how can we continue to build an effective network at a distance?
