When she leaves IÉSEG, Laure Ghéselle sets 2 objectives for her professional path: "managing and leading a field team, in logistics if possible, in a company whose values she shares". This is how she became a Logistics Manager at Decathlon. In May 2016, she meets Michel Leclercq, founder of Decathlon. He offers her to launch the "Plus de gens Plus heureux !" [More people Happier!] project. Its aim: to stimulate, guide and support companies and people in discovering their humanist dimension and embodying it. Thrilled by the project, Laure joins the project to launch the association "Plus de gens Plus heureux !". What makes her get up every morning: knowing that she's helping (at least a bit!) to make the world a better place.
