What is the concept?

Our property concierge service offers a comprehensive solution for managing short-term rentals, primarily on platforms like Airbnb and Booking. The goal? To simplify the lives of property owners while maximizing their rental income.

What does this involve in practice?

We handle all aspects of property management, from administrative support to property setup, including the creation and management of listings. We also manage bookings, communication with travelers, pricing strategies for listings, and cleaning and maintenance of the properties. Every step is designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both hosts and tenants.

Our ambition? To allow property owners to fully delegate the management of their properties while optimizing their profitability. With our expertise, we guarantee a quality experience for travelers and ensure the security and regular maintenance of the properties, so every rental runs as smoothly as possible.

How did the idea come to you?

The idea came to me after managing my own studio on Airbnb for several months. After discovering a specialized course in property management, I was immediately convinced by the potential of this sector. I then undertook an intensive 9-month training in 2023 to refine my skills and prepare for the launch of my project. Those 9 months were like a gestation period, where each step helped me build the solid foundation of my concierge service. In 2024, I finally brought this project to life, which I now consider my third child. I pour all my energy and expertise into providing quality management for property owners while ensuring an unforgettable experience for travelers.

Where do you stand today?

After only six months, I’m fortunate to be managing around ten properties. I didn’t expect such results so quickly, but I’m thrilled to see the work I’ve invested starting to pay off. By the summer, I plan to reach about twenty properties. I’ve also established new partnerships that are contributing to the growth of my company, and I’m happy to see some recognition on Instagram. These months of hard work have helped me develop solid expertise in the sector, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made.


What are your goals for the coming years?

In the coming years, I would like to expand my client portfolio and offer even more services to both property owners and travelers. I also plan to recruit a city manager or an assistant to help manage the many tasks involved in running a concierge service. The days are very full, and I would like to delegate certain responsibilities so I can focus on other strategic aspects, which would allow me to develop the concierge service more quickly and efficiently.
