Narratempo - Editorial Strategy and Tailored Content

What is the concept?

I launched Narratempo to help businesses structure, create, and distribute their content. The goal is to strengthen their visibility in a consistent and sustainable way.

Today, content is everywhere, but standing out is difficult. The formats, uses, and algorithms of social media evolve quickly. Many businesses are questioning: what topics should we address? What formats should we choose? How do we maintain our tone while adapting?

I primarily work with B2B companies (those addressing other businesses), especially in the sectors of HR, recruitment, and tech solutions (SaaS, AI, data, marketing).

My services include:

  • Developing editorial strategies: helping define the right topics, formats, and channels, then building a publication schedule.

  • Creating varied content: blog posts, social media posts, white papers, customer testimonials, video scripts, etc. The goal is to produce resources that are useful and aligned with business objectives.

  • Building personal brands for executives and entrepreneurs: guiding them in increasing their visibility on LinkedIn or through articles that convey their vision and values.

Most importantly, I want to help my clients communicate in a way that reflects who they are. That’s what allows them to endure and create genuine conversations with their audience.

How did the idea come to you?

After about ten years in corporate roles in content marketing, I wanted to evolve the way I worked. The turning point came from a skills assessment with Switch Collective, which helped me confirm that I wanted to stay in the same field, but in a different work mode. I identified several signs that were leading me toward a freelance adventure: personal projects I had already started, the desire to contribute to several topics at once, and the ambition to develop a project that truly reflects who I am.

Above all, it addressed a market need. In B2B, companies need to demonstrate their expertise while clarifying their messages. There's a real trend toward more dynamic and entertaining formats, like podcasts and short videos.

Employees and leaders are also speaking on their own behalf and need support to structure their ideas and find the right tone. More and more companies are turning to freelancers in this field to benefit from an outside perspective, targeted advice, and greater flexibility.

That’s what I find exciting: helping with this transition to more readable, authentic, and creative communication.

What are the goals for the coming years?

My priority remains to support my clients in the long term, with content that truly supports their business. Long-term work allows for adjusting the strategy, exploring new formats, and taking a step back.

I continue to evolve my offerings, keep learning, and stay closely tuned to trends: AI, algorithms, new formats… Since my first roles in corporate environments, practices have evolved significantly. Being a freelancer allows me to stay agile and offer tailored solutions.

For the future, I specifically want to:

  • Strengthen strategic support, with more advanced advice to help companies step back from their content and better structure it.

  • Continue developing collective projects with freelancers who have complementary skills, such as videographers and graphic designers. This is an increasingly sought-after format.

  • Share more advice and learnings, perhaps through a podcast or newsletter, in addition to what I already share on LinkedIn and through workshops.

And certainly, other projects will come depending on the sector’s evolution and opportunities. These are also the advantages of being freelance: flexibility and the ability to adapt.

Any other relevant information you'd like to share?

I’d like to take a moment to send a message to readers who might be interested in communicating more through articles or social media. Don’t wait until you have a perfect strategy! We often have more to share than we think. It’s by starting that you’ll find your tone and new ideas. Being consistent often leads to unexpected conversations and opportunities.

To learn more about my services, feel free to contact me using the details below or follow me on LinkedIn. And if you work in a complementary field to mine (video, graphic design, web agencies…), I’d be happy to discuss potential collaborations.
