The genesis

The idea of Timed emerged in 2019, during development for a client. He had difficulties with his complex schedules, on several sites, with pairs and threes changing from one day to the next. It quickly became apparent that the problem encountered went beyond this isolated case.

Indeed, many medical practices, even those with more than 20 employees, continue to manage their schedules, vacations and their employees' working time on Excel, a tool poorly suited to these technical and time-consuming tasks.

At the same time, an underlying trend is emerging: the consolidation of doctors is intensifying and should accelerate further in the upcoming years. Faced with this double observation, the decision to launch Timed in 2022 was obvious.

We are 3 founders, with complementary skills, each within a decade (thirty, forty, fifty), with varied salary or entrepreneurial experience, and all driven by the notion of time: counting it, analyzing it, optimizing it!

The concept

Timed aims to be a complete, ergonomic and accessible SaaS software, specifically designed to meet the HR management needs of medical centers. Our tool is radically different from existing software, which is often too generic, or unsuitable for the specificities of the medical sector or even designed for structures that are too large, such as university hospitals.

We have placed proximity with our customers at the heart of our approach, by truly involving them in the development of Timed. Their feedback and concrete needs have shaped new functionalities, precisely responding to the HR and organizational challenges of medical centers.

Timed offers intuitive schedule management, precise monitoring of working time, fluid communication between teams and personalized dashboards for informed decision-making. Timed also takes into account the particularities of doctor management, particularly in terms of working time, leave, and even replacements.

All this contributes to streamlining human resources planning, optimizing team organization and facilitating communication between nursing staff, management and doctors. Beyond its performance, Timed is designed to be a real tool for productivity and well-being at work, which synchronizes the control software, employee apps on mobile, and the digital time clock.

We have taken care of the ergonomics, to make it intuitive and pleasant to use, and the innovative features allow users to save precious time, reduce errors and concentrate on what is essential.

In summary, for us Timed is much more than just software: it is a trusted partner with strong values: commitment to the peace of mind of its customers and the continuous improvement of its product.


Where is Timed today?

Today, several dozen medical centers in France, Belgium and the French Overseas Territories trust us. Although we started with ophthalmology centers, today we are diversifying the specialties, with medical imaging centers, orthodontics, anesthesia and health centers.

We are constantly listening to our customers to enrich our functionalities and best meet their specific needs. This contributes to the very positive opinions we receive in return.

The next step ?

Fundraising to accelerate our growth.

Objective: recruit, strengthen our support team to support our growing customer pool, our marketing team to make itself known as much as possible and of course the product team to help us develop the many new features that we have in mind.

We want to become the reference for HRIS and planning for medical centers, which is a booming sector.

The grouping of doctors into specialized medical centers is a strong trend. These structures offer numerous advantages: modern premises, cutting-edge equipment, cost sharing, etc. Timed supports this development by offering an essential tool for effectively managing these complex structures, and particularly the management of their staff.
